Know where to start without wasting money

A short plan of what to do with AI in your company, in what order, and what to leave for later. And, when it is called for, sitting down with your team to set the rule: what can be done, what cannot, and with which data. Eight people at the same level per session.

Free initial audit · from €450 per session

Context

The expensive part is not the wrong tool. It is having no plan

The usual picture is this: three subscriptions paid for that one person uses, a course twenty per cent of the staff completed, and half the team using AI on their own while the other half will not touch it. Nobody has decided anything, and yet everybody has decided something. What we do first is look at your operation and tell you where to start, what to leave for later and what you do not need at all: half the value of this work is in what we save you from doing. Then, if it is called for, we sit down with your people and set the rule, with cases from your real work on the table.

Highest impact and lowest risk first, with its cost alongside
We also tell you what NOT to do, which is half the job
Sessions of eight people at the same level, not a room with mixed abilities
Cases from your own day, not textbook examples
Benefits

What you get

Strategic clarity

You stop deciding by headlines and hype. You know what to do with AI in your company, in what order and why, with an honest diagnosis of where you are starting from.

Initiatives ranked by return

Every proposal carries numbers: expected time saved, cost reduced or revenue gained, so you can justify the investment before making it.

An executable roadmap

A 6-18 month plan with recommended technologies, cost estimates and tracking metrics. Ready for your team to execute, or for us to.

Workshops applied to your day

Drafting emails, summarising documents, preparing quotes, automating the repetitive. Your team leaves knowing which tool fits each task and how to ask it properly.

Security and GDPR built in

What can and cannot go into an AI tool. A clear rule of thumb on customer data and confidentiality that prevents the accident before it happens.

Adoption that sticks

Materials, guides and a follow-up period afterwards so what was learned does not stay in a notebook and the habit actually takes hold.

How we work

How we work

From where you are today to an action plan and a team that knows how to use it, in 4-6 weeks.

01

Initial diagnosis

1-2 weeks

We analyse your current situation: processes, tools, team and business goals. We identify AI opportunities and the priority friction points.

02

Feasibility analysis

1 week

We assess the organisation’s digital maturity, the data available and the technical and economic feasibility of each identified solution. We discard what does not fit.

03

Strategy and roadmap

1-2 weeks

We design the adoption strategy for your sector, size and resources, and turn it into a plan with phases, milestones, cost estimates and tracking metrics.

04

Tailored workshop

1 day per session

We design and deliver the training around your team’s real cases, on site or online. Prompts that work, everyday tools and the limits of privacy.

05

Follow-through

3 months

Monthly follow-up to answer questions, measure progress against the agreed metrics and adjust the plan according to what actually happens.

Who is it for?

Who is it for?

Companies with no AI strategy

You know you have to do something with AI, proposals arrive from every direction, and you have no criteria of your own to separate what works from what does not.

Those who tried and saw no results

Licences were bought, a pilot was run and it came to nothing. Usually the problem was not the tool, but that the wrong process was picked and nobody was trained.

Teams that need to catch up

Half your people have tried ChatGPT once, few use it well and almost nobody uses it daily. The workshop turns curiosity into a working tool.

Leadership under pressure to digitalise

You need a defensible document for your board, your partners or your investors, with every recommendation justified by data rather than fashion.

SMEs, freelancers and professional practices

No technical team in-house and no budget for expensive experiments. Here the priority is getting it right first time, on whatever has the most impact.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Show me a comparable case that worked.

We cannot: AIGiner is a young company and we have no publishable client cases. We would rather say that than show you an ambiguous logo or a percentage with no source. What we do instead is turn the risk around: the initial audit is free, the findings document is yours even if you never hire us, and if we think it is not your turn yet, we say so.

What can you tell me that is not free on YouTube?

Almost everything is on YouTube, and that is exactly why every person on your team does something different today. What is not on YouTube is the session where it gets decided, for your company and with your cases, what can be done, what cannot, with which data and who reviews what. Eight people at the same level, with the real work in front of them. If what you need is a recorded course, there are plenty of good ones, and we will tell you so.

How is this different from the free audit?

The free audit is a first conversation to see whether there is anything here and to spot the obvious. This is weeks of work: we analyse processes, data and feasibility, discard what does not fit and deliver a plan with numbers you can defend. The audit tells you whether it is worth looking; this tells you exactly what to do.

Does the team need prior AI knowledge?

No. Workshops are designed around where your people actually stand, and normally that is all over the map: someone who already uses it daily and someone who has never opened it. We start from what each profile needs for their job, not from a theoretical introduction that is the same for everyone.

Are the workshops on site or online?

Whichever you prefer. On site works better when the team shares an office and the ice needs breaking with the tool; online fits distributed teams better, and those sessions are recorded for whoever cannot attend.

Do I need my data tidy before we start?

No. Part of the diagnosis is precisely to see what state your data and processes are in. If something is unusable we say so plainly and factor it into the roadmap, rather than pretending the starting point is better than it is.

Is this the same as the AI training course?

No. The workshop here is delivered by us around your team’s real cases, live and tailored. The AI training course is online, at your own pace, and comes with the documents Article 4 of the EU Regulation asks for already done: usage policy, record and checklist. You will find it at AI training. You can do both, and if only one is needed, we tell you which.

Does it include implementing the solutions?

No: this is the strategy and the training. Implementation is contracted separately, and it can be done by your team with the plan in hand or by us. We keep them apart on purpose so the plan stays honest and does not become a shopping list of our own services.

Does it work for freelancers and small companies, or only large ones?

It works, and in fact it shows most there. A large company can afford to get a pilot wrong; a freelancer or an SME cannot. The scope adjusts to the size: a hundred-page report makes no sense for a four-person practice.

What happens after the workshop?

There is a follow-up period to answer questions when they genuinely come up, which is while applying it rather than in class. We also leave materials, a prompt guide and templates for the team to consult on their own.
